Whether you’re a curious explorer, a café owner, or an educational group, Sử Quán Roastery invites you to experience Vietnamese coffee in its most authentic and inspiring form.
Start your journey with a convenient pick-up from your accommodation and head to the charming villa of Sử Quán Roastery. Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink before immersing yourself in the world of Vietnamese coffee. Explore diverse coffee beans, discover specialized brewing tools, and learn about the cultivation and roasting process that shapes every perfect cup.

Guided by our seasoned Culture Storytellers, with over a decade of industry expertise, you’ll master five distinctive Vietnamese coffee styles:
- Egg Coffee (Cà Phê Trứng) – A Hanoi-born specialty blending robust Robusta coffee with egg yolks and condensed milk, often likened to liquid tiramisu.
- Iced Coffee with Milk (Cà Phê Sữa Đá) – A bold Robusta brew prepared in the traditional phin filter, sweetened with condensed milk for a rich, smooth flavor.
- Coconut Coffee (Cà Phê Cốt Dừa) – A delightful mix of strong coffee and creamy coconut milk, enjoyed hot or iced.
- Pour-Over Coffee (Cà Phê Pour Over) – A refined hand-pour method with the V60 filter, highlighting the nuanced notes of each bean.
- Signature Cocktail Coffee (Cà Phê Cocktail) – An innovative creation blending homemade apricot wine, fruit jam, and local coffee for a unique cocktail experience.

Throughout the workshop, our experts provide step-by-step guidance, ensuring you leave with both the confidence and the skills to recreate these authentic Vietnamese coffee recipes at home.

I. SURCHARGE FOR SPECIAL DAYS:
A compulsory surcharge of 30% will be applied for the following dates:
- 1st Jan; 30th April; 1st May; 2nd September
- Vietnamese Lunar Tet Holiday (from 30 December to 03 January, lunar calendar)

II. CHILDREN POLICY:
- From 0–11 years old: Free of charge. They can go along with their parents but are not allowed to participate in workshop session. American Academy of Pediatrics recommends no caffeine for children under 12. Be advised that Robusta beans used in workshop contain 2.2 – 2.7% caffeine which is higher than widely available Arabica beans.
- From 12 - 17 years old: 100% of adult price but need to be accompanied by parents/guardian.

III. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- 60% of the total price must be paid in advance via payment link (3.3% payment fee applied)
- The balance can be made to the hotel front desk upon arrival. We accept cash (USD/VND) and cards (VISA/Mastercard/ JCB/ UnionPay).

IV. FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY:
- More than 5 days in advance: Free cancellation
- 3 – 4 days in advance: 20% of total rate
- 2 days in advance: 30% of total rate
- Less than 48 hours prior to the departure time or No-show: 60% of total rate
