- High Season (11 Jan - 30 Apr & 25 Sep - 18 Dec): 377 USD
- Peak Season (19 Dec - 10 Jan): 410 USD
4. Surcharge for Special Days:
- A compulsory surcharge of 40 USD per person (pre tax) will be applied or stays on the following dates:
- Christmas Eve (24 December)
- New Year's Eve (31 December)
- Vietnamese Lunar Tet holiday (from 30 December to 03 January, lunar calendar)
5. Terms & Conditions:
- Rates apply for a minimum of 2 persons. A single supplement will be applied for solo travelers.
- Only 45 % deposit is required to secure the booking. Pay ment can be made via our secure Onepay link (a 3.3% bank fee applies for online payments).
- The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival at the hotel. We accept cash (USD/VND), cresit cards (VISA/MasterCard/Union Pay/JCB), and Apple Pay.

- Extension of stay or room upgrades will incur an additional charge.
6. Flexible Cancellation Policy:
- More than 10 days prior to check-in: Free cancellation
- 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rate
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 45% of total rate
- No-show: 45% of total rate
